Phoenix Nest

Artist and writer Eva Weaver’s centrepiece for her home: the dining space is the centre of her house. It’s the space where she starts the day, writes and reflects, a place to nourish, to dine and to come together with friends, to banquet!

We discussed different arrangements, a horizontal array to lead you into the room from the open plan living space and settled on a 5 droplet pendant. Eva asked for a flowing piece, like a waterfall with each of the elements conversing and relating to one another. Alongside being inviting for the open plan space, the lighting gives a warm and bright light for everyone across the large dining table. With a dimmer control Eva has flexibility too
